Print Quality and Details
Fine art Giclee prints are professionally reproduced onto superior Hahnemuhle paper to preserve every detail and texture of the original artwork and having an exceptional life expectancy of 120 years, you can be assured that each print is of the highest quality.
Prints are signed and are available in a range of sizes to suit your space. Print sizes are inclusive of a 25mm white boarder to enhance the presentation when framed.
Please note prints are available unframed. The artwork images are mock ups, designed to give you an idea of how the piece might look when framed or displayed.
Postage and Packaging
Your print will be overlaid with acid free tissue paper for extra protection and safely rolled in a sturdy postal tube.
Shipping is included in the price and is tracked.
Refunds and Returns
I have a 14 day return policy on all fine art prints, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if you have changed your mind. To be eligible for a return please send photographic evidence that the print is undamaged and in all of its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase and you will need to pay for the cost of the return.

Once your return request has been accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
PRINT ON DEMAND PRODUCTS IN HOMEWARE:
As Homeware products are made to size/order they are not returnable, therefore I am not able to offer refunds or returns on these items.
Unfortunately I am not able to accept returns on sale, discounted items or gift cards.
Damages
Your artwork will arrive in pristine condition as it is securely packaged with care and attention. In the rare event that it doesn’t arrive in perfect condition I have a 100% satisfaction guarantee for your peace of mind. Please inform the courier immediately and contact me within 24 hours with details and a photograph of the damage, including the packaging so I can evaluate the issue and make it right. I will arrange for a full refund or replacement on all damaged Prints and Homeware Products. I will cover the cost of return.
Please note, Prints and Homeware products are sent directly from a fine art printer or Print on Demand Company. Please do not send your purchase back to the fine art printer, or manufacturer on your shipping label. I cannot guarantee that your purchase will be able to be received safely and this may result in a loss of your purchase.
